Lumen, highlights a sense of beauty, pure shimmering light and aquatic spaces. Running 21 minutes in length, the ethereal music of Lumen was recorded in two parts with ambient pioneer Steve Roach making a guest appearance and adding atmospheric guitar textures. Created at the end of 2001 in the bubble, Vir Unis weaves a sense of self reflection, sanctuary, longing, and quiet contemplation. Fans of 'The Drift Inside' and 'Aeonian Glow'; as well as Vir Unis' contribution 'The Undivided Flow' to the much acclaimed 'Ambient Expanse' will appreciate the territory explored here.
